The team’s qualifications within risk management, insurance programme design, and experience gained in collaboration with key Clients from such industry branches as the food industry, aviation, cement, manufacturing, construction, steel, furniture, shipping and courier, and other ones allow us to create dedicated insurance programmes which take into consideration the individual needs of our Clients.

Basic broker competences are additionally supported with the team’s experience in finance, management, economic law, insurance law, and public procurement law.

An important asset of the team is knowledge useful for Clients who wish to start applying Enterprise Risk Management.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) should be a significant element of strategic management in any organisation. The key objective of ERM is to react effectively to the occurrence of specified risks in order to minimise or eliminate them.

Our offer of brokerage services follows that approach to risk occurring with a Client, and can thus strongly contribute to:

  • strengthening asset protection;
  • ensuring continued activity despite any fortuitous events concerning fixed assets (fire, explosion, flooding, malfunction of the production line, etc.);
  • ensuring financial means allowing to recover fixed assets;
  • ensuring effective legal and financial protection in case of third party claims, connected with personal and property damage resulting from the property held, the conducted activity, or product and service sale.

We consider effective transfer of identified and significant risk for the insurer to be one of our key competences.


We provide a full range of brokerage services as specified in the insurance mediation act of 22.05.2003, Art. 26.

  1. „1. An insurance broker shall be required to:
    1. inform the entity seeking insurance coverage about the company, under which the agency activity is performed, about the office address, register of insurance intermediaries to which the agency has been entered and manner of verification of the entry to the register, and in the case of insurance broker entered to the register kept by the supervisory body, present to the insurance undertaking and the entity seeking insurance coverage, at the first act and at every request, the permit to pursue brokerage activities;
    2. prior to concluding an insurance contract, provide advice in a written form, based on a comprehensive and reliable analysis of available offers of insurance, sufficient to prepare a recommendation of the most appropriate insurance contract and explain in writing the grounds on which the recommendation is based;
    3. maintain confidential all information obtained in relation with the performance of brokerage acts; the broker shall be bound by that obligation also after the termination of a contractual relationship with the customer; (…)
    4. pursue its brokerage activities respecting the interests of the parties to the insurance contract.”

The services are in the first place related to representing Clients within the granted power of attorney before insurance companies offering property insurance (Branch II) and life insurance (Branch I). Documents confirming the establishment of cooperation with the Client are as follows:
